GETTING STARTED
We want to share what’s happening at your Draw The Line event with people around the world. Send us your best images and videos, so we can spread the word!
All submitted photos, videos and action report content may be reproduced under an Creative Commons license (Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0). By submitting your photos and video clip(s), you agree for Draw The Line participating organizations and groups to publish, reproduce, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, televise, digitise, display, otherwise use, and permit others to use, including on the Internet, and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, promotion of Draw the Line and Draw The Line participating organizations and groups, without further consent or payment.
SUBMIT VIA GOOGLE DRIVE
To submit your photos and videos from your mobile or laptop, just follow these instructions:
- Rename your file following this naming structure: 20250918_Draw_The_Line_Country_City_Your Initials_#
- Click on “ADD FILE” to submit your photo or video files
- Include a one-sentence description of your event and what is happening
SUBMIT VIA EMAIL
Don’t have a Google account? Send your photo and video files to [email protected] email address with the following information:
- Caption: a short description of your event
- City/Region/Country
- Your name or social media handle (how you would like to be credited for the photos or footage)
- Your consent: copy / paste this sentence in the copy of your email: I consent to Draw The Line participating organizations and groups posting my photos and/or videos.
If you are limited with the number of files you are able to send via email, we recommend using file sharings sites like Smash, Transfer Now, Send Anywhere or other platforms.
DOWNLOAD AND SHARE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Find photos and videos from Draw The Line events as they come in through the Multimedia Hub. This hub also includes logos in various languages, photos, video clips that you can download for free, and loads more.
Event Report Backs Including Attendance
As your event is concluding, there are some important steps to ensure we can amplify Draw the Line and ensure our demands echo around the world:
WHERE and HOW:
Following conclusion of the event, please provide numbers of attendees and a high level report back summary of how the event went.
For larger mobilizations, it may be necessary to capture information utilizing the Jacob’s Area Method. If you require additional guidance on how to collect attendance numbers, please contact [email protected].
Crowd Size Estimation Guidance
WHEN: We kindly request that attendance numbers are submitted on the day of the event (ideally as the event is wrapping up before you go home). It is important that we can communicate a consolidated number of attendees by the end of the global week of action.
